If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, you can request a return within 24 hours of confirming receipt.
To start a return, go to Your Orders, open the relevant order, and use the "Report an issue" option to describe what went wrong. Our team will review your request and coordinate with the vendor.
Refunds, once approved, can be credited to your PEPWOO Wallet or returned to the original payment method where supported. Wallet credits are normally available immediately after approval; external refund timing depends on the payment provider or bank.
